Rule #2: The Loudest Complainant About the Speed of a Line Will Always Extend its Wait Time
Any person who constantly complains about the speed of a line will always need special help once getting to the front of it, ask numerous questions and, if in line for food items, not know what he or she wants to eat despite having ample time to look at the menu.
Rule 1: The Shortest Distance Between Two Points is Through a Line
When any line spills out of the ropes organizing it, bystanders who are merely moving through the area will always walk through the line, even when it makes no sense to do so. Also- the pass-through point for people insisting on walking through the line will always be in front of or behind you.
